RAINBOW COED U4-U10 is a great program for any level of recreational soccer player. Teams in this program will practice once a week and play a game on Saturdays during the season.


Teams are formed based on birth year, practice day preference, and practice location preference. All teams will have a volunteer coach.

Practices are 5:00-6:00pm in this program.

U4-U7 plays 4v4 games with no goalies and are coach refereed.


U8-U10 plays 7v7 games with 6 field players and a goalkeeper. Local soccer players will serve as referees for these games.


Rainbow Coed U4-U10 regular games will be played at the Rainbow Soccer Complex in Chapel Hill.


During registration, parents may choose 2 preferred practice field and practice day options.
