The Rainbow Adult Soccer program has been around and known by several different names over the years. We currently offer 3 different leagues that play at various times of the year:

Fall & Spring - 11v11 (ages 18+)

Winter & Summer - 7v7 (ages 18+)

Year Round - Over 40 Pick Up

11v11 Soccer

Seasons: Fall and Spring

Practices: Yes, pick up practice opportunities during the weeknights

Games: Yes, typically on Saturdays

Referees: Yes, 3 Referee System used

Uniforms: Jersey is provided

7v7 Soccer

Seasons: Winter and Summer

Game Days: Yes, Saturday games for Winter 24/25

Referees: Yes, 1 Center Referee

Uniforms: Jerseys are the responsibility of the team

Over-40 Pick-Up

Seasons: Year Round

Pickup Days: 3x week during Fall/Spring, 2x week during Winter/Summer

Referees: No

Uniforms: 2 Jerseys provided for new players
